Spring Mini-Camp Day 2- Morning and Afternoon

We had a relatively quiet night out here at camp as our Superheros (Campers) and Sidekicks (Buddies) settled in for the weekend.  We "Rise and Shine" early in the morning and start off with a sing-a-long!

We also squeezed in some morning playtime in the yard!

Then we all circled up in the dining hall to sing the Blessing Song before a yummy breakfast of bacon, eggs, biscuits, fruit and yogurt!  (Thanks, Kitchen Crew!) You can see us singing the blessing in the video below.

 

 After breakfast and chore time, our Superheros went to Superhero Training to learn valuable Superhero skills.  We had a delicious lunch (thank you volunteers!) and have started our afternoon activities of arts and crafts, PE, music, and movies.

Pretty soon, it's going to be time for dinner and then one of my favorite camp activities--- THE DANCE!

We plan to post again tonight after the dance!  Everyone is having a ton of fun!
